STOP JUSTIFYING / START RECOGNIZING:
INTRO:
Our carnal, fleshly thoughts have a tendency to ignore the root of our troubles, trials, and our tribulations. We justify, excuse, or cover the afflictions we’ve caused on others. When we justify them we stay in the cycle, it repeats, ending up causing more damage the more we try to justify it. We must first recognize what is behind the affliction before we can do anything to overcome it.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Continue to speak your prayers and kingdom card daily.
KEY ELEMENTS:
- If you cannot deny yourself, you can’t truly be spiritually positioned.
- The word justify means freedom from blame; when you make an excuse you are justifying, and you are out of position.
- We activate our faith by confessing the promises of God.
- When you are overtaken by fear, you no longer recognize what is pushing you, you begin to justify your reaction.
- A servant must be able to discern, teach, endure, submit to authority, and must be able to lead. (Because many are in darkness and need to be led to the light).
- Winners take responsibility. Whiners play the victim.
- The result of justifying with the world makes you a whiner, recognizing is winning, justifying is defeat.
