INTRO:
The Holy Spirit begins to build boundaries around us to ensure protection. Remember your enemy has traps set for you every day and uses people to draw you into his net. This is like walking into a boxing ring with the devil, and you’re on your own. Don’t go there, when the enemy tries to draw you in with temptations, arguments, fear, anger, or your past life from thoughts of people, places, and things. Stay out of the ring unless Jesus sends you in.

- Behind every form of bandage is a lie and behind every lie is fear, and behind every fear is an idol.
- An idol is something you believe (it’s not just a person or thing). An idol cannot be removed, it must be replaced with truth.
- Offense is a representation of protecting yourself, it is a fruit of Pride.
- Every time you associate with the presence of evil, the devil has a legal right to plant a corruptible seed in you.

BIRTH OF SELF
INTRO:
Self is the offspring of darkness. You are born into sin, blindness, and deception. The character of self is not righteousness but from the tree of good and evil. Self is called the old man or the flesh, and is the carnal state of being. Self lives to survive and is selfish, promoting works of the flesh and is a servant of satan. This is why we must be born again, by the will and spirit of God, as sons of God. Self was birthed because of the fall of Adam and Eve, and all men are born of that fall, which is under satan’s rule.

- Lucifer is the originator of pride, and in charge of a third of the angels, he was also the praise and worship leader of the universe.
- The spirit of pride is the protector and the mentor of self.
- You prove God’s will by walking according to His will. Walking in His character will prove His will.
- People who are led by emotions are the most dangerous people there are.
- Spirits of religion are controlled by pride. They have a form of godliness but deny God’s power.
